We are on the hunt for a dynamic Sales Manager with a rich background in hospitality and events in London. If you're someone who knows the ins and outs of the restaurant and hotel scene in Central London (Mayfair, Noho, Soho) we would love to hear from you!

What you'll do
  • Drive sales for our SKOOT Eco-Dining, SKOOT Eco-Stays, and SKOOT Eco-Events products.
  • Leverage your deep understanding of hospitality corporate events, and how restaurants and hotels cater to client needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders on the London hospitality scene.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve (and exceed!) sales targets.
What we're looking for
  • At least 4 years of sales experience on the restaurant and hotel scene in Central London (Mayfair, Noho, Soho) - a little black book and a live network are both key.
  • Proven ability to open doors and, more importantly, on board clients as part of growing community partnerships.
  • A personable character with excellent communication skills.Can-do attitude and self-starter approach with the ability to work remotely and autonomously.
  • Technically literate with an understanding of hospitality POS systems.
  • Strong organisational skills with an emphasis on creating processes and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A passion for making a tangible difference.
